About Nicole
First, the usual stuff…I have 3 awesome boys and a husband that puts up with me. I am blessed! I have always loved and dabbled in photography, but I wanted to become a REAL photographer when I saw a show on the Heart Gallery in New York City. That was in 2005, I think. At that time, I had just started another business, had 3 kids under the age of 10 and was in no way able to do it so I waited… and waited… and waited… until FINALLY I felt I had the other business (and my kids) under enough control to move on to my next adventure. And here I am. I have started the Bayou Region Heart Gallery in this area with the help of Cidney Ordoyne, a tireless social worker who is some kind of FIERCE! We are still trying to get the kinks out, but we did it and I am so delighted!

Nicole, these photos are great. I thank you for your dedication and motivation to establish the Bayou Region Heart Gallery. Hopefully, one day, we will find foster and adoptive families for all the children who are in state’s custody without a family to call their own. Great job on the new website. Thanks again for all you help. It goes WAY beyond any words can express.
